Victoria has held a number of clinical, senior management and executive positions spanning her 30+ years for profit and nonprofit experience in medical, insurance and healthcare industries.

She started her career as a critical care nurse, followed by national and international leadership roles in health care administration, medical product management, marketing and sales.

Kasdan’s experience includes nearly ten years managing a multimillion-dollar book of business for Fortune 500 companies responsible for the health plans of 100,000 employees and dependents in the continental US, Puerto Rico, South America and Europe.

As Executive Director for four years at a local nonprofit, she coordinated more than $1.3 million in free medical care donated by a network of 80 volunteer physicians, and serving nearly 1000 patients annually.

A sought-after presenter and published author, Ms. Kasdan was recognized in both 2018 and 2019 as one of 50 Influential Floridians by The Miami Herald, Bradenton Herald and el Nuevo Herald. She led the group’s Healthcare Priority Committee, presented at the statewide conference, and authored white papers shared with legislatures.

She has been a member of local, state and national advisory committees and stays involved in a number of community, philanthropic and social organizations.

Ms. Kasdan holds an RN Diploma from Cook County School of Nursing; both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Masters in Public Health Management from University of Illinois, Chicago; and is a licensed insurance agent for health, life and variable annuities.

In her spare time, she enjoys dancing to 80’s music, theme parties, the arts, a good book, and a chilled glass of her favorite chardonnay.
